The function of the carbon brushes is to supply current to the rotor commutator, that is, to initiate startup.
The carbon brushes are pressed against the commutator by a small spring, allowing current to flow.
When the carbon brushes are worn out, there is no longer any contact.
Suitable for Endura 50 electric motors and Endura 50+.
Designed for ACE and RUBAN BLEU electric boats.
